Another Hair Saviour: Redken Real Control Intense RenewalApril 09, 2015
The title might be a big statement but if you're a regular reader of my blog, you'll know a few things about me and my hairs relationship. One thing you'll know is that i'm always on the hunt for new products to try out and you'll also know that my hair is very damaged from colouring my hair, so hand in hand I love trying out products that are aimed at nourishing damaged hair.
One brand that i've been loving over the past few months is Redken, because they have an amazing range of products that are so good to the hair. I particularly enjoy their Colour Extend Magnetics range as it is aimed at coloured hair and the products are great at locking in the hair colour but also great at giving the hair that little bit of TLC is often needs.
As i'm always looking out to try new products, I already knew i'd wanted to try some more products from Redken and the Redken Real Control Intense Renewal Mask* (£16.95) was the next on my list to try. I thought the next thing to try would be a good deep conditioning mask as i'd not long ran out of my current hair mask and i'd read some really good reviews on this mask in particular.
Recently i've really been trying to up the maintenance on my hair as i've been neglecting it a lot recently, so i've been using this pretty much every time I wash my hair, just applying it to the ends and leaving it for a good 10 minutes to get to work. I've really noticed recently through upping the products I use on the mid to ends lengths of my hair has really improved the condition of my hair, as it feels a lot softer and also looks less ratty at the ends. I'd definitely say that this product has contributed a lot over the past few weeks and it also leaves my hair smelling amazing!
If you're like me and you're always on the hunt for a good deep conditioning mask, then i'd highly recommend this one and also checking out Hair Trade as they have some amazing discount on some awesome hair care brands!
Have you tried out any Redken products recently?
