Marc Jacobs Honey Eau de Parfum

If you didn’t already know, I have a slight obsession with perfumes that have really quirky bottle designs. Enter the newest addition to my perfume collection, Marc Jacobs Honey.

Marc Jacobs Honey 50ml – Fragrance Direct (£43.99)*

Last week I was contacted by the lovely team at Fragrance Direct to pick a few products to review from their website and I couldn’t resist picking this perfume, especially after it blowing up over the blogosphere with a number of sponsored posts recently.

Marc Jacobs Honey Eau de Parfum is the newest fragrance from Marc Jacobs and is described as a sweet, floral scent with notes of green pear, honeysuckle, mandarin, peach, vanilla and as you would think from the name, honey!

Can I first of all just mention, how frigging cute is the bottle!? I was definitely drawn to the bottle design but the thought of vanilla, honeysuckle and honey notes all in one really excited me. I was pleasantly surprised when I first gave this a spritz and I have literally fallen in love with the fragrance. Although I didn’t right away get the honey notes, they’re definitely there but the vanilla, orange and peach notes somewhat over power the honey. I find this fragrance a very sweet summery fragrance that feels very refreshing and it just brightens my mood.

For my first Marc Jacobs fragrance i’m super impressed and I now want to try all of his other fragrances!

Have you tried this perfume?
