OOTD: Kimono Obsessed

I want to say thank you for all of the lovely comments on my last outfit post, as I really didn’t think it would go down as well as it did. Like I said i’m not great at this whole fashion blogger thing but I wanted to continue showing outfit snippets and some of my current favourite pieces with you guys.

From the title you can already guess that this Longsleeve Floral Tassle Kimono* (£9.22) from She Inside is the main focus of this outfit. I’ve been loving kimono’s this summer as you can wear them in so many ways, and I love how they can really add something to a really basic outfit, similar to the one i’m wearing in this.

As it’s starting to get a little colder, i’ve started pairing my kimono’s with a simple t-shirt and jean combo and allowing the kimono to really spruce up my outfit with little effort. Today i’ve thrown on my Lavish Alice Sweatshirt (£8.50), which I love as it just meets the waist on my Topshop Blue Wash Leigh Jeans (£38), which I live in practically all winter as I have about five or six pairs of these. As for the kimono I love the tropical floral print it has going on and the subtle pink hint just drew me in even more. It’s one size, but would fit probably up to a size 16 as it is quite loose fitting and comes down about mid thigh on me. I also really like the tassels as they are the perfect length, and are a nice touch. I’ll definitely be taking this piece on holiday come September as it will work so well as a coverup by the pool or to dress up an outfit in the evening.

Have you been kimonos obsessed this summer also?
