Current Jewellery Favourites

Jewellery is something that I very rarely mention on my blog, not really too sure why but more so recently i’ve found some staple pieces that I can mix into my very relaxed dressing style, in order to add a little something to an outfit and I thought i’d share them with you.

I’m a huge fan of staple yet statement pieces, which differs from usual dress style but I really like how a simple necklace or pair of earrings can really spruce up an outfit and whilst also making it look like you’ve made an effort.

One of my favourite everyday necklaces is the Muru Mini Wishbone Necklace* (£54), which is an absolute gorgeous piece and one that I wear a lot. Although it is only small it’s a lovely touch to an outfit and the rose gold is too die for! Also the quality of this piece in particular is impeccable, which is reflected in the price but i’ve definitely gotten my wear out of it, as I love it.

When it comes to earrings, I prefer simple studs that I can just leave in and The Body Jewellery Shop have an amazing selection when it comes to ear piercing jewellery. Now as I have a few different ear piercings, including two piercings in each lobe I picked out a few different pairs of studs that I could mix and match. I picked out the Pearl Stud Cream Earrings* (£1.99), which are just the right size and look so nice in quality. At the moment I have both the Silver Glitter Stud Earrings* (£1.99) and the Jewelled Small Round Gem Clear Earrings* (£1.99), which work really well together and the earrings themselves are really comfortable to wear, no stabbing in the back of the neck.

I’m also a huge fan of statement necklaces, especially when i’m wearing a basic outfit, I like to add a statement necklace just to dress it up a bit. One i’ve been wearing a lot recently is this Newlook Crystal Necklace, which I picked up in the sales a few years ago and I have gotten so much wear out of this as I wear at least once a week. It’s a lovely way to add something to an outfit and most statement necklaces are quite affordable these days.
