It feels like it’s been forever since I’ve properly treated myself to some new beauty bits, as my last proper splurge was when I went to Australia this time last year and still to this day I use every product that I purchased. Knowing that my parents were going again, I gave my Mum a little list of a few things that I really wanted, especially from Sephora and also from duty free, so I thought i’d share what she picked up for me.
Keep on reading to see my first impressions on these new in bits from Sephora…
Anyone who knows me, knows that I love a good face mask and I am a huge fan of the Sephora own brand face masks so I made it my Mum’s mission to stock me up on them. Unfortunately they didn’t seem to have any of the multi packs but she did come back with a new addition to their face mask line, the Sephora Pearl Face Mask ($6) which I hadn’t heard of nor seen any reviews on so I was intrigued to see what this was all about. This face mask is said to help brighten and to visibly reduce irregularities in the skin, and after just one use I can definitely guarantee that this made my skin look so glowy!
As a little surprise my Mum very kindly picked up my favourite blusher ever which is the Benefit Rockatuer Blush (£25.50) which I’ve had, used and loved for a good few years now, and they last so long! I’ve literally only just thrown out my last one of which I’d had for a good two years or so. I just adore this blush as it adds a lovely amount of colour to the cheeks whilst also giving a very subtle highlight, which is fab for more natural make up days.
Last but not least we have the main thing that I had asked for. After getting a sample of the new Giorgio Armani Si Passione (£73) in a magazine a few weeks ago I just knew that I had to have it. I’m such a huge fan of the original and having just used up my current bottle, I knew it was the right time to treat myself, and I knew purchasing this from duty free would make it ever so slightly cheaper! I’ve literally been wearing this non stop since having it and I’ve gotten so many compliments on it already. If like me you love the original Si then you’re bound to love this too!
Have you treated yourself to any new bits recently?
