Some Recent Beauty Favourites

With taking some time away from blogging I haven’t been sharing any recent favourites or new products that i’ve been trying out with you and I thought this would be the perfect time to share some products that i’ve recently been loving.

Here are a few products I’ve recently been loving, and you might too!

For me, I’ve found that i’ve really streamlined my daily makeup and I don’t really seem to try or purchase as many new makeup products as I once did back in the early years of blogging. Having said that I have introduced a lot more skincare/body products into my routine, so this favourites is more focused on skincare/body products.

Starting off with skincare as i’m really excited to tell you about the few products i’ve added into my skincare routine. For a while now i’ve loved using the Clinique Moisture Surge Moisturiser (£25) and during my recent holiday to Gran Canaria (read more about that here) I decided to treat myself in duty free to the Clinique All About Moisture Set (£41.95) as it has a full size of the moisturiser, but it also has a full size of the Clinique All About Eye Serum (£27.50) which i’ve never tried before, and a mini of the Clinique Moisture Surge Face Spray (£24). I’ve absolutely loved using all of the products in the set, but i’ve especially loved using both the eye serum and face spray to really help to wake up my skin of a morning. The eye serum is amazing for waking up tired eyes as the cold roller ball helps to depuff your eyes, whilst the face spray gives your skin a lovely refreshing burst of freshness and hydration. If you’re travelling anytime soon I’d 100% recommend picking up this set because for what you get, it is an absolute steal!

For cleansing, i’ve again been loving two different products both for different skin problems. As i’ve mentioned many times, I absolutely love the Aldi Lacura Hot Cloth Cleanser (£4.99) and they have recently added the Lacura Pink Clay Hot Cloth Cleanser (£4.99) to their skincare products and I love it just as much as the original. I’ve been using this as my daily cleanser of choice at the moment and it just works really well to remove all of my makeup, but I have found it really helps to clear out my pores. Another cleanser i’ve added into my routine is the Soap & Glory The Fab Pore Purifying Foam Cleanser* (£8) and i’ve been using this more on my chin/jawline as I often suffer from breakouts in this area, and i’ve found this to really help keep my breakouts at bay.

Moving onto body products, and a recent shower gel favourite of mine has been the Nivea Ginger & Basil Shower Clay* (£1.18). I seem to be loving products with clay as a main ingredient and I just love how this makes my skin feel so clean and refreshed! If you’re looking for a new shower gel to add to your shower routine that makes your skin feel incredible, then i’d recommend trying out this one!

The last body product that I wanted to share with you is the new Lancome Idole Eau de Parfum* (£75) which is Lancomes newest fragrance release! Made with the thinest bottle I think to ever been made, the design of the packaging is so sleek and is so in tune with Lancome’s whole persona. The fragrance itself is a classic Lancome scent with its fresh yet sophisticated smell that I think any girl would absolutely love!

So those are a few recent favourites of mine!
