Favourite Loungewear Picks for Working From Home

I don’t know about you, but I can’t remember the last time I wore jeans and I am not complaining one bit. This working from home malarkey is made ever so slightly better by the fact that I can wear loungewear to my hearts content, oh and not wear makeup or a bra, or you know not leave the house.. you get the jist! Any who, for contents sake I haven’t shared much fashion content recently so here are some of my favourite lounge wear pieces!

loungewear,

Favourite loungewear picks for working from home..

For me, my go to loungewear option is a simple pair of joggers and some form of cropped sweater but I do often admire people who still manage to look put together and cute whilst wearing loungewear. Over the past week or so, I’ve found myself randomly browsing the loungewear and PJ section of most of my go to online retailers but I have refrained from purchasing (pat on the back for me). Any who, there are some really nice and affordable pieces on the market at the minute and I couldn’t not share them with you.

One of my personal favourite places for loungewear is Primark, but of course currently shopping at Primark isn’t an option so i’ve gone to second favourite retailer as that is Topshop. For a while now i’ve seen so many people that I follow on Insta raving about their Oversized Joggers (£25) which look to be so cosy! They have a few colours available in these, but I personally would be going to the grey marl or black, as I find them the most easy to outfit back. Another pair of joggers that I love the look of are their Grey Slouch Wide Leg Joggers (£26) which essentially are a wider leg jogger, but again look so cosy! Finally from Topshop, well Topman are their Classic T-Shirt (£6.99) and these are a favourite of mine. One, because they are just a standard t-shirt fit with no fancy ‘womanly’ shaping (god I hate those kind of t-shirts) and I typically find both, the quality and the price to be better than any plain t-shirts from Topshop.

As well as bigger brands, I wanted to feature some smaller/independent shops and some really lovely pieces i’ve seen, as supporting them during this time is more important than some may realise. One brand that I LOVE for their t-shirts is CuteAF and a favourite of mine, and one that is very on trend for right now is their Don’t Quit Tee (£22.99). I just love this text and quote on this, and as their name says it is cute af. Another tee that I came across on Etsy was this cute Girl Support Girls Tee (£17.50) and I thought this would be so cute tucked into your joggers, or you know with jeans.. when you can be bothered to wear them again! The last brand that again, I just love their printed t-shirts and also hoodies is Good Day Club! They have some really cool minimalist, yet on trend prints and i’m sure i’m not the only one eyeing up a few pieces. I actually found it hard to pick one piece, but one I thought was really different to anything else i’ve seen is their Poppy Crew T-shirt (£28). I just loved the design of this print and the bright pops of colour!

Finishing off this post with good old ASOS, as we all know that you can find pretty much anything on ASOS. I was having a browse through their loungewear section and boy do they have some cute things! One piece that i’m having to stop myself from buying (because i’m doing a no buy April, read more on that in my previous post) is this ASOS Lounge Supersoft Jumpsuit (£28). I bloody love a jumpsuit and this one looks SO cosy! As for loungewear sets, they have some really pretty coloured ones and I particularly liked this ASOS Tall Hoodie & Jogger Set (£19). I do love a light pink pop every now and then, and I thought this was so cute!

So those are some loungewear pieces that I have currently got my eye on. I’ve also linked some more pieces, including slippers, joggers, hoodies etc down below.. all of which I love too!

How are you finding working from home/self isolation?
