Celebrate Fathers Day with Moonpig

*AD-GIFT (This post contains gifted/PR items)

With Fathers Day just around the corner and with the current covid situation, like me you may not be able to celebrate Fathers Day with your Dad this year. With a little bit of help from Moonpig, they have got us covered this Fathers Day and I thought i’d share with you how I’m planning to celebrate Fathers Day this year and hopefully this post will give you some ideas too!
celebrate Fathers Day, fathers day gifts,

Some tips on how you can celebrate Fathers Day with Moonpig..

When it comes to gift giving, the first place that usually springs to mind for me is Moonpig as they have literally everything you need from cards, to presents and even flowers, so you can never be stuck on what to order. With the current coronavirus situation, I am sure i’m not the only one unfortunately not able to spend Fathers Day with my Dad this year, but with a little help from Moonpig you can still make this Fathers Day just as extra special!

One thing I enjoy doing with my Dad is looking back through old photos from when I was younger, through to now. One thing that I really like about Moonpig is that they have an amazing selection of personalised Fathers Day cards. I personally love giving cards with a personalised touch to them, and this year I have gone for the Thank You For All That You Do Card* (£3.49) of which I have personalised to have a photo of my Dad and myself, as it captures a lovely memory from some time we spent together last summer. I’ve also left the inside blank so that I can write in it myself, but of course you can customise the text, font etc using their really simple customisation tools to completely make these cards your own. If like me, you lovely reminiscing over memories with your Dad, why not create a personalised card with some amazing memories to make your Dad smile this year!

As well as cards, Moonpig have an amazing selection of Fathers Day gifts to choose from and I myself was blown away by the selection to choose from. They’ve got all sorts, from chocolates/food hampers, to alcohol and even things like experiences, which are a great gift option if you have no idea what to get for you Dad! As my Dad loves a good cheese board, it would be a fab idea to have a virtual cheese board via FaceTime with a glass of port. I just knew that my Dad would LOVE the Grahams Miniature Port Selection* (£20) which has three mini sized bottles of different ports to try. I just know my Dad will love this and he can enjoy these in his fancy port glasses, while we have a toast over FaceTime! Another food/beverage item my Dad loves is fudge and I thought this exclusive Fathers Day Salted Caramel Fudge* (£12) would be perfect! I love the cute little tin that this comes in, with the little Fathers Day touch and as my Dad loves anything salted caramel, I knew it would be perfect addition to his after dinner tipple!

Finally, if like me you like to gift something a little more personal to your Dad’s taste the Scottish Fine Soaps Men’s Face & Beard Set* (£20) will make the perfect gift for any Dad who has a beard and/or likes to keep themselves well groomed. This set comes with a face and beard soap, beard oil, moisturiser and a really nice wooden comb, all of which is housed in this lovely display box that you could easily use for future storage. As my Dad has been growing his own beard for a little while, and with hair salons currently closed this little gift set will allow him to give his beard a little TLC with all the essential products to do so!

As well as the cards and gifts I have mentioned above, Moonpig have so many more options available and, if like me you’re unable to see your Dad this Fathers Day you can get everything delivered straight to their door!

How are you planning to celebrate Fathers Day this year?
